Referral Program
Terms and Conditions
- You must already be a prior Vivid Turf customer to be eligible for this program.
- You may not refer yourself or anyone in the same household.
- The referral name or address must not already exist in Vivid Turf’s system. Vivid Turf will verify the referral status. If the person is already in Vivid Turf’s system, they won’t be considered a new referral.
- Only one referral per project.
- If two or more people refer the same new customer to Vivid Turf, Vivid Turf will determine who referred the customer first.
- If a referral completes an additional project, it is not counted as a new referral.
- The referral form must be submitted prior to the first appointment. If the referral form is filled out after the first appointment, they won’t be considered a new referral.
- The referral must meet with a Vivid Turf project coordinator within 45 days of the referral form submission to qualify.
- The referral must submit a deposit and signed contract within 14 days of their first estimate date to qualify.
- The referral must meet a minimum project size of 1,000 square feet to be eligible for this program.
- A referred customer must state they are a referral prior to their appointment.
- The customer must state you referred them.
- A Referrer may claim their referral fee via $500 cash check or $500 towards any balance due under a contract the Referrer may have entered into with Vivid Turf.
- A Referee can claim their referral fee via $500 towards a new Vivid Turf project.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks after a customer’s project has been certified and deposit submitted before the $500 referral check is sent to the referrer.
- The $500 check will be cut in the primary referrer’s name.
- Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.
- Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and Vivid Turf reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
- Vivid Turf has the right to verify and disclose referral/referee information to the associated parties involved.
